Natureworks, Clear Water Associates, Inc. is an Environmental Consulting Firm established in 1996 by Martin A. Miesko located in Northeastern Pennsylvania specializing in the Aquatic Plant Management of our area’s waterbodies. Among the services we provide are: aquatic vegetation control, water quality monitoring, sediment removal, dredging, restoration of beneficial plant species, aeration and fountain sale, installation and service, fishery inventories, fish stocking, implementation of Constructed Wetland Treatment Systems, wetland mitigation, and various other aquatic applications. Our service area extends to include the following seven states: Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Virginia.

In recent years, Natureworks has dramatically expanded its fountain and aeration sales and service. Natureworks is now one of the largest fountain distributors in the Northeast. We are an authorized Otterbine Barebo Fountain and Aeration Dealer and Distributor and also an authorized distributor for Otterbine, Aqua Control, Aqua Master, Kasco Fountains. In addition, Natureworks holds membership in the National Federation of Independent Businesses (NFIB) and the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

OUR STAFF:

	Martin Miesko is the owner of Natureworks and the head field crew leader. Martin has been working in the environmental restoration field since 1992. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from East Stroudsburg University specializing in Aquatic Biology. Mr. Miesko is a member of several aquatic societies including: the Northeast Aquatic Plant Management Society (NEAPMS), the Midwest Aquatic Plant Management Society (MAPMS), and the Pennsylvania Lake Management Society (PALMS). He is a certified Otterbine Barebo, Aqua Control, Aqua Master, and Kasco Factory Trained Service Technician. In addition, Martin is also an accomplished speaker in the field of aquatics speaking at Lake Associations, schools, and other organizations. Martin lives in Lake Ariel, Pennsylvania and is an avid sportsman and enjoys outdoor activities
	Michelle Miesko is the Office Manager employed with Natureworks since 1999.  She manages client accounts, marketing campaigns, and account billing.  Michelle is a graduate of Kutztown University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a concentration in Professional Writing.  Michelle is usually the voice you hear on the phone when you call Natureworks. She is a resident of Scranton, Pennsylvania where she enjoys writing, photography, and the arts.  Michelle is currently pursuing a degree in Education at Keystone College.
	Lorah Reese began her career at Natureworks in 1998 as one of our field applicators.  In 2004, Lorah was promoted to field crew leader.  She is a certified Aquatic Applicator and a member of the Northeast Aquatic Plant Management Society (NEAPMS) and the Pennsylvania Lake Management Society (PALMS). Lorah resides in Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania where she enjoys horseback riding and working with quarter horses.  Lorah is an avid animal lover and enjoys cooking and spending time with family and friends.
	Justin Howe is one of our field applicators employed with Natureworks since 2003.  He is a certified Aquatic Applicator, certified Factory Trained Fountain Service Technician, and a member of the Northeast Aquatic Plant Management Society (NEAPMS) and the Pennsylvania Lake Management Society (PALMS).  Justin resides in Spring Brook Township, Pennsylvania where he is a volunteer fireman with the Spring Brook Fire Company #53 and is also a trained Emergency Medical Technician. Justin enjoys woodworking and outdoor activities like hunting, ATV riding, and farming.
